Terms and Conditions
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Payments
We accept secure payments via Shopify’s checkout system.
Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required.
3. Shipping
We ship from USA to most places on earth.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
Shipping Rates & Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Order Processing (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
Once your order has left our warehouse, the estimated transit time is as follows:Standard Shipping: [3-7] business days.
Expedited Shipping: [1-3] business days.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal peaks.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Simmerdownis not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: It happens. You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We believe in transparent pricing. We do not charge restocking fees for returned items that meet our return condition requirements.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
